This Privacy Policy explains how Dailen — ADHD Day Planner ("Dailen") handles information. Dailen is developed by Metin Arda Kurt.
Dailen does not require sign-up and has no developer-operated account or profile server. Settings offers optional Sign in with Apple only to confirm your identity and greet you by name. It unlocks nothing and does not enable sync; the credential stays in this device's Keychain. The developer does not operate an advertising, analytics, tracking, or user-profile service for Dailen and does not receive the personal planning data you enter into the app.
Dailen may store tasks, routines, focus sessions, daily check-ins, preferences, and other content you choose to enter. This information is stored on your device using Apple's platform storage technologies. If you optionally use Sign in with Apple, Apple provides an app-scoped identifier and may provide your name and email the first time; Dailen stores these only in this device's Keychain and never sends them to a Dailen server.
If iCloud synchronization is available and enabled, Apple may process synchronized data through your private iCloud account. The developer does not receive or control the contents of your private iCloud database. Apple's handling of iCloud data is governed by Apple's privacy policy and your Apple account settings.
With your explicit permission, Dailen may write Mindful Minutes for completed focus or breathing sessions to Apple Health. Dailen does not read information from Apple Health. Health information is not used for advertising, marketing, tracking, or sale.
Depending on the features you use, Dailen may request access to notifications, calendar events, reminders, microphone and speech recognition, Face ID or Touch ID, and write-only Health access. These permissions are requested in context and can be changed in iOS Settings. Denying an optional permission does not prevent use of unrelated features.
Speech recognition requests may be processed by Apple according to your device settings and Apple's privacy terms. Dailen does not operate its own speech-processing server.
Dailen Pro purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. The developer does not receive your payment-card details. Apple may provide purchase status and sales reporting needed to deliver and administer subscriptions.
Dailen does not include developer-operated analytics, third-party advertising, or cross-app tracking. Dailen does not sell personal information.
Information stored locally remains until you remove it, use Delete All My Data in Dailen Settings, or delete the app, subject to any device or iCloud backups you control. Delete All My Data removes Dailen content, clears app and App Group settings, clears the optional Sign in with Apple credential from this device's Keychain, and cancels scheduled notifications. CloudKit-backed planner-record deletions propagate through your private iCloud as it syncs. Dailen Settings also provides a data export option.
